ANIMATION PRODUCTION ROLES

Wildseed Studios is recruiting for various Animation Production roles including a Production Manager, Production Co-ordinators and Production Assistants to join the team on an, as yet unannounced, animated series. 

Start dates will be from January 2026.

We are looking for Production Managers/Co-ordinators with experience of working on Animated series, as well as a Production Assistant, preferably with some experience of working within Animation.

The project will be based at the studio in Bristol and ideally we would expect the candidates to be able to be in the office full-time.

Applicants must have excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.  A good understanding of animation production processes, equipment, and working with a broadcaster is highly desirable

You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be competent with Microsoft Office packages - some knowledge of production tracking software such as F-Track will also be helpful.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working with the Line Producer, Editorial team and other Production team members to create, coordinate and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated

  • Arranging transport and meeting rooms / voice records within the UK

  • Basic understanding of cost tracking to support the Line Producer with recording costs for production reporting

  • Submit Albert Carbon Footprint applications and certificates

  • Create call sheets where applicable
