Production Coordinator

Wildseed Studios is recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join the team on an, as yet unannounced, animated series. 

Start dates will be from April 2026.

The project will be based at the studio in Bristol and we would require the candidates to be able to be in the office full-time.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working closely with the Producer and Production Manager to ensure the timely delivery of work from various departments.

  • Organise, file and maintain assets across the production.

  • Track and maintain an extensive stock library.

  • Working independently to track and disseminate notes from both internal and external sources.

Wildseed Studios produces premium live action and animated series for young audiences. Recent productions include ‘Dodo’ series 1 & 2 (Sky Kids) and ‘The Last Bus’ (Netflix).
