We have to make sure all first approaches to us are logged in a searchable way so we can keep track of creators and their ideas, so as a first contact there is a simple form to fill in below.
*** send it to ideas (at) wildseedstudios.com ***
Don’t forget, you can use the Contact Wildseed Studios page if you need to ask us for additional information.
When you submit a project you will get an email confirming receipt of your idea and which will try and give you an idea of how long it is taking us to assess ideas.
Make sure you read through the FAQ’s so that you have an understanding of how we work and what to expect to happen once you have sent us an idea.
Don’t forget to join our mailing list from which you can easily unsubscribe at any time. We won’t pass your email address on to anyone ever and will just use it to send you occasional Wildseed Studios updates. You can sign-up on the right of this page.
Please don’t send us large files – put them somewhere where we can access them and send us a link to them and a password if you want to keep them private. Create a unique password to do this – don’t send us a general password.
We like Google Drive and Dropbox and Vimeo and YouTube and Google Docs and so on. That way we don’t need to delete anything you don’t want us to keep and our system won’t grind to a halt while we try and download everyone’s work.
We cannot accept liability for loss of any unsolicited material which you send us. If you do send us any materials (including programme ideas, formats, taster tapes, showreels), please be aware that your submitted material may contain ideas which are the same or similar to ideas which have already been independently developed by us or other third parties and so you expressly understand and accept when sending unsolicited material to us that we may have already independently developed or acquired ideas without use of your submitted material or may do so in the future. In such event, there will be no breach of your copyright or confidentiality.
